Any of you know if the Adams Arms XLP Piston Kit will work with Daniel Defense Lite II Rail 7.0 on a Mega 7.5 inch AR15 pistol?

I'm not sure the gas block will clear the inner diameter of the rail and I'm also not sure if the barrel nut is at mil-spec depth, which if it isn't, could cause issues with the spring system on the rod.

I've been Googling for two days and cannot find one example of if it will work or not.
