I have a midwest industries SSK (assuming SSK stands for Super Slim Keymod) 10.5in keymod rail that is "super slim" according to the website.
Would an osprey defense piston system work with that? ie, will I be able to slip the handguard over the piston kit without any clearance issues?

The internal diameter of the SSK seems to be 1.3", the osprey requires a hand gaurd with at least a 1.4" internal diameter to clear the piston.
