My gut says no.  If the buffer tube has some extra material to keep "slop" down, the AA BC has extra material to do that.  If you mesh the two there could be too much.  I tried to run a plastic fantastic lower with an AA upper and it had such a tight fit, the AA BC would bind ever so slightly.  If I ran it with the rear pin out it cycled fine.  It was only a few thousandths that I could have trimmed but I didn't want to do that--a little binding goes a long way.

Yes, it works just fine.  I'm running 2 of them on 2 different AA rifles without issue. Buy with confidence.
