That looks a lot like the bolt that came in my 604 kit. Here's a pic of the carrier (no C stamp) and bolt. Speculation in the appraisal thread was that it might be H&R or Hydramatic.

grondike, that is indeed an early Colt bolt. GM bolts have the MP joined together right above the extractor pin, H&R bolts have the MP sideways. All similar, but slightly different.
