Throwing this out to the retro Dutch AR10 collectors:

I have bought 3 vintage 1950's (i think) AR10 handbooks.  One is a German one with about 20 pages and a fold out (blue cover), second is a English one with about 22 pages and a fold out with plastic greyish cover and the other is a Dutch one with 30 pages and two fold outs and some glued in photos with a hard side cardboard and fiber material covers.

No interarmco stamps or info that I can find.  Looks like all were printed in holland

They are supposed to have come from the collection of a former Interarms/Interarmco Vice President named Dick Winter, who lived near my family in Northern Virginia.  Mr Winter passed away several years ago and I was able to buy some Walther pistols and a couple boxes of Interarms/Interarmco paperwork collectables from his survivors.  I forgot I had this in a trunk and found them clearing the way for more junk in my garage.

Not offering to sell, but there have not been any recent AR10 memorabilia posts except for some great parts finds.  I am more into the paperwork stuff and really want to know how common they are.

Any help would be appreciated.

I will try and take some clear photos and post them up, but probably not before the end of the weekend holiday.

Happy and Safe Memorial Day to all and dont forget our Vets - those alive and passed!

Joe

Not very common anymore. I would guess they are worth at least $100 each and perhaps more if you can find the right collector. I have several variations of English manuals as well as German and Portuguese.

I remember seeing a couple of AR-10 manuals on Ebay and if memory serves right they sold for $100+.

From what I can see, none have been offered in quite awhile on Ebay.

A couple people have made trade offers since they want the earlier English manuals, but they are trying to trade stuff I dont need since I dont have a AR10.

One person offered about twice what is suggest value but he is overseas and I dont want to deal with possible loss in the mail since it is part of history and dont want to ship to Switzerland.

Did get some interesting AR10 pictures in private collections and alot of people have some great displays for their Armalites!  Some seem to be still brand new

Thanks all!

If you don't require an actual plastic and paper manual there are several variations posted here:

Scroll down to the Documentation section of the page.

Thanks all for the info.  The retro AR-10 "force" is strong here on this board!

I really appreciate the great info and support.
