The books are in binders on the shelf, and my scanner is beside the computer tower. I only went about four feet total.

That text sounds like it is telling the inspectors to not be dumbasses and use common sense on inspections. ...I wonder why it was deleted?

Best I could muster was a 1994 reprint of the August 1986 edition.  Neat to know there was something there previously!
