Just finished this up for a friend. Anderson lower. PSA LPK plus a CMC 3.5 flat blade trigger. Complete BCM upper. Hard to beat the deals right now. Rear Magpul buis will be here today I think. He has his own EOTech for it. It'll be his first shorty of any sort. ..and his 2nd AR. He says hes done now lol.

Parts in from USPS and Saddle kit turned out great. This gives you comfortable LOP. This is my first arfcom venture, as well as first pistol build as as well. I will track my progress, and prices if you guys want. This build Im shooting for the best value, not to be confused with cheapest. I am spending as little as possible without sacrificing quality.

what sling strap are you using on the brace?

It came from http://triplestitchtactical.net/ Very well made. Also a forum member. The little zipties hold the extra length I had, because I had cut my brace down a couple inches, so its smaller in overall dia now. Triple Stitch even offered to fix the length for free unsolicited, which was awesome. But its fine with me the way it is. The D ring is sewn in at that location, so it doesn't move once you have it where you want it. Works perfect.

Thanks, it was a choice between the DD RIS II and the DD 10" Lite Rail and the lite rail won due to the fact I don't plan on running suppressed and also that it covers more of the barrel for a clean look. If do end up running suppressed it'll be a KAC suppressor with the KAC A2 QD flash.

After shooting a fair amount with the 22lr conversion, it will spit flames after a couple mags of 5.56. It also ends up quite filthy.

I've heard that it actually does a pretty good job with recoil reduction.
