300 blk

I thought I'd take this opportunity to introduce myself and my pistol, after months of lurking. I live and work in the Austin area. I've worked as an LEO for a major municipal police dept on patrol for the last 13 years, I built my first AR pistol as a budget gun because I wasn't totally sold on the idea of an AR pistol. So here she is. And by the way boy was I wrong this thing is a blast to shoot.

Heres my Ar-15 style g36. soon to be SBR with my custom Resident evil Seekins Precision lower. Adams arms low profile gas piston kit installed.

JSE Surplus 7.5" upper, YHM Lightweight carbine length rail, Noveske KX3, EOtech XPS3-0, BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 charging handle, VTAC light mount with G2, MBUS. Lower is a PSA (my first pistol build), ACE buffer tube, MOE-K grip, Magpul trigger guard, MS2 sling. Took it to the range yesterday and it functioned flawlessly. I'm pretty happy. |

My WIP mock-up. Short a barrel, BCG and gas line. I'll probably use a different gas block as this one is a used pinned FSB. M&P15 stripped lower A2 upper Magpul MOE carbine length hand guard with AFG Noveske KX3 milspec buffer tube with coated spring and carbine buffer Barrel will probably be 10.5", added a 1.25" cane tip after this pic was taken and will probably put an ACC saddle on the back for a better cheak weld. I keep the ATF Tech letter in the case with it.

Here are a few pics of mine.
It's a Noveske MK18 10.5" upper and a Spikes Tactical lower. Magpul sights, AFG and an Aimpoint PRO. I am in the process of doing the paperwork to register a Noveske forged lower as an SBR. I want to get some Troy BUIS, an Aimpoint micro and the Magpul ACS stock.
