How will this look with an FDE EOTech? Does my butt look too big in these pants

Seriously though, all black rifle with OD sling and FDE optic.... Want to use one optic for this and my Block II clone and clone cannot have black EOTech.

What scope is that?
What cerakote color is the silver rifle?
Link Posted: 3/16/2014 9:19:53 AM EDT
[#8]
The scope is Weaver Tactical 1-5x24 (really good scope and glass).

The gray is a mix that Engage Armament came up with (trying to do something a little different doesn't have a name) we call these rifles shades of gray.  A lot of gray experimentation going on in the industry.

2014 updates.... added geissele rails to two of my rifles.

Gotta get one more for my other gun but they seem to be in short supply (Geissele for HK MR556)

here's what I changed thus far...

Are those legal SBR's or pistol builds?  Just curious because you are both running pistol tubes but have vfg on.

Interesting rail size for the middle 2. You don't get any blast wear on your rails and front buis? I'd be weary only because I remember seeing others that had their rails blown apart.

They are legal as non NFA firearms.

They are neither an sbr or pistol.  With an overall length of 26in or more without the flash hider you can add a vfg changing the Classification from pistol to firearm.  It doesn't have a stock so it's not an sbr but it isn't meant to be fired with one hand so it's not a pistol.  It's just a firearm when the vfg is installed.  The only thing that could make it an illegal sbr is concealing it on your person

Yesterday I was out walking the property here in the NC mtns. Good time to do some random plinking with the 1974 Colt SP1.

F'n around during the 2 mile hike. 6rd 'center-o-rock' group shooting offhand while standing, at approx 75 yards using the irons. These big arse rocks make for great quick multiple target acquisition/engagement fun.

I wanted to show off my new LaRue bag, so here it is.  I've played with it for a while and it's still a work-in-progress as far as organization goes.  Needless to say, I'm totally in love.  It currently houses my BCM/Sig middy, my M&P45c, my M&P9c, and mags/kydex carriers for all three.
