Dude's already sold (confirmed sales, unique buyers and positive feedback left) at least 9 brand spanking new Army issued ACOGs in the past month, and just listed 3 more...

Trijicon sells the TA31RCO-M4 & M150 models to the public, but they come in a desert camo cardboard box, and with a regular ACOG owner's manual instead of the AN/PVQ-31A & B operator's manual seen in his auctions...

I bought one of those from Larue a few years back and it came with the same case.

I no longer have that optic, but I don't think Larue is selling Gov't property.
