"...it appears that the most popular version of the blockbuster-emails story — that Assange told ITV a future release will contain “enough evidence” to indict Clinton — is false, despite having been endlessly echoed online." The NY Mag article seems believable and posts several sources. Sucks if true.

I'm positive they have very damning, criminal emails but they don't have anything that will get her locked up. Nobody does, it's an impossibility.
They demonstrated right out in public for everybody to see with the Bill/Lynch meeting and the Comey press conference that they are truly untouchable. |

There's probably direct conversations about taking money for State Department favors for foreign govs and stuff like that, but yeah I agree with you. Obviously Comeys press conference alone was more than enough for an easy indictment, especially when you consider that every foreign government now owns everything on that server which I'm sure included plenty of classified stuff. The Comey presser was just to rub peasant's (our) noses in the dirt. |

She’s not going to indict Hillary Clinton, that’s not possible that could happen, but the FBI can push for concessions from the new Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment. But there’s very strong material, both in the emails and in relation to the Clinton Foundation. For example, we published an email where Hillary Clinton is instructing her staff to remove the ‘Classified’ header of a classified document and send it by a non-classified fax. So that just requires one more thing, which is to show that the document was actually sent. But she instructed her staff to violate those classification procedures in the United States. That is the thing, the dems won't always be in charge of the DOJ. If I were Trump, my DOJ would reopen that investigation. I would call it an effort to clean up corruption in the government. Here is the thing that I don't understand. Why isn't this an issue? I cannot be the only person who noticed it. Clinton wanted the header removed from classified info and it passed on to a non-secure server. Then, clinton's lawyers according to Comey deleted all emails without headers. What if that is how she and her lawyers knew those were important emails? What if the system was to send classified stuff with no headers? Since we have direct evidence that she wanted a header removed and the lawyers deleted all emails with no headers, it seems pretty suspicious to me and I haven't heard one word about that from anyone. |
