Wind turbine overspeed during high winds in a storm, which ultimately led to catastrophic blade failure (the tip speed of those blades during normal speed is already quite fast). Normally, wind turbines are shutdown once wind speed reaches a certain threshold to ensure things like this don't happen. IIRC, this one's rotor brake failed and allowed the overspeed to occur. I believe they knew the brake had failed, and that's why the camera was pointed in its direction. ETA: The below is obviously not directed at g3shooter.
