Here are a few teaser picks of my 2004 Excursion with 2010 front end conversion, 2010 power fold and telescope mirrors and Road armor bumper.  Still got a lot to do, but coming along.

Before with 2005 grill

After.

Yeah, not a bolt on for sure. Lots of fabricating brackets and tweaking sheet metal..  The 08-2010 front frames are 7" lower, the header panel is different, wiper cowl, inner fender structure, custom made headlight buckets, even the hood hinge had to be modified.  I have about 40 hours into it, but thats nights and weekends. Your welder and plasma cutter will be your friend.  Worth it, probably not, but I like to build stuff and its not something you see everyday that is for sure.

Now on a F150 I understand the update is pretty easy, more of a bolt on, but don't quote me on that.

Did you see the guy doing a raptor conversion on his F150?  Pretty sweet, bedsides, front clip and he is doing the suspension too.

From the side, yes, it is! Why is the front end of that truck so short? Is my mind playing tricks on me, because I was sure that F-150's have longer hoods than that.

That is the ugliest Raptor I have ever seen, I would never spend that much money to build an ugly ass truck

I think that's just an F150. And from the looks of it, it's been in both a front and rear collision.

I'm driving a 2012 crew cab 4X4 with the Ecoboost right now for a rental while mine is getting some work done. I can't get enough of blipping the throttle with the windows down to listen to those twin turbos sing. It pulls like my Cummins too. While mine is paid off and I really don't want another payment I'll be sad when I have to drop this one off and have been thinking of shopping the local dealers for a used one. It's an awesome truck.

Well dudes no pics to add but. Took my truck on the longest distance I've taken it about 200 miles round trip, to include pulling cabbage. I wasn't sure how my 3.55's and 35s would do but I climbed it in fifth until about the first corner lost some momentum downshift and had all the power I could want. This is with no load, but egts never got above 900. Doing so with a load may mean pretty high egts, even with an intercooler.
