Diablosport used my truck to write the new colorado tunes, just got it back from them today, not much to be had peak gains, but midrange saw a 10-15 lbs tq and about 10hp gain, shifts better, and getting 26-27hwy now at 70

rated at 305/279 at the motor stock, made 247/240 to the tires. on 87 there wasnt any peak gain but eh, it shifts better and the torque limiter is dialed back, stop on it and it will light up the rear tires through 1st now.

Great looking truck as always.
I need to go drive one but I fear it won't be roomy enough for me.

I put many many hours in this. Along with a couple friends.

Not mine,  but I drive it more than the owner.

Powered by a 427 FI ford.  Custom tuned Ford lightening computer via a Quarterhorse module and laptop.

Lots and Lots of custom fab work done by us.  And about 10 grand.

'91 K1500 350/auto 120k miles.

After the 6" Rough Country install. Use to have a 2.5" rancho lift from previous owner but it changed the angles on the front drive line causing vibration in 4x4, the new lift fixed that.

After clay bar cleaning. Original paint job still!

2001 Dodge Ram served me well for 12 years.

We replaced it this week with a 2013 GMC

I learned quite a bit about that Dodge on Dodgetalk.  Is there a similar forum out there on GMC/Chevy trucks?

I think I am going to keep the ol' 7.3l as a project. My next pick up will be something small and maneuverable, specifically geared towards hunting/camping/offroad travel.

I would love to keep my current Duramax as a project, but can't quite afford two trucks at the moment.

Yes.  From GFAFB.  Auctioned off to a farmer who used it as a farm truck.  When he was done with it he sold it.  Now you see it as it is.

Eta:  you can see the gov data plate still on the dash in the video.
