My Benelli M1S90 is currently in factory configuration, except for an extended bolt handle and oversize safety.  I am using the VTAC wide padded sling for my AR15 with heavy duty quick detach swivels front and back.  Is there any way to mount/install flush cups on the Benelli M1S90?  If not, then what options (either slings and/or mounts) would you recommend for this shotgun?

Mine has a side sling mount built into the stock and mag extension? Don't they all?

Yes, of course, mine has those as well, but I just haven't found any slings I like which use those attachment points.

IIRC either Blackhawk or Eagle [or both] made slings for the M1S90.

I always cut off the tags, so I can't help in the ID of mine.

But I know I bought it 10+ years ago...


I think the HK 3 point sling works, as per the manual.

I used a similar adapter plate and a Wilderness SPQD with a single point sling.

Check out the Wilderness Giles.  I haver it on mine and love it, but I use Giles on most everything.  Just starting to fiddle with single points, not sure where I stand.  No that I am humping anymore but I like that with a Giles you can still sling it in a more "standard" method.

Use a standard VTAC without the sewn quick release swivels.

I used the Specter Gear 3 Point CQB sling. Excelent quality, and not wallet busting. I highly recomend it if you are looking 3 point.

2 or 1 point, I dont know.

ETA: Specter Gear's slings mount using factory mounting points.

I usually use a two-point sling, though, so this may not be viable for me after all without a corresponding front sling attachment point

Mine has had the non padded V-Tac on it for years.   If you run one on your AR why not run the same on the shotty?
