Here is video from another neighbor taken just before they took the guy into custody. You can hear the officer telling him multiple times to put the gun down, surprised they didn't shoot him.

If I were that officer I think I would have a hard time not shooting him, he has already killed one, torched his own home, fired on first responders and refusing to put down his gun. |
