The state legeslature voted to approve Vermont style CCW for Wyoming. We have to tell LE if we are stopped.

Can carry in the car if in a case or box with a lid, but not in the glove compartment or a snap holster.

Still can't shoot intruder without tring to retreat. Said that right as already protected by case law and didn't feel the need to pass a law protecting that right. THing is though...the new law woiuld have also protected you against lawsiuts form the bad guy or his family.

They felt it better to allow a jury to decide if shooting was justified.

I just re-read the artical. The bill passed with a majority vote out of commitee. I think that this means that it has to pass a vote by the House to become law. Crap!

Oh well. Last year it didn't even make it out of committee.
