I believe Douglas Ridge is open to the public on certain days.

Don't know of any 100yd ranges near Oregon City that are open to the public. If you're prepared to cross the Columbia River, the English Pit has a 100yd range, although I think it's a bit of a grotty facility. Clark Rifles in Brush Prairie is better, they are open to the public on Sundays only, the range fee is $20.

Douglas Ridge is only open to the public on hunter sight in days,formal matches, workshops etc.
