Clean up is essential.
I'd rather come late to help to keep shooting costs down for me and to help clean up. |

I voted for March 21.
I know most Oregon guys don't go up to the Washington HTF shoots but in case anyone does want to head up there keep in mind they are having a shoot on April 17-19. Their thread: Spring LCR April 17-19, 2009. It is basically a campout from Friday to Sunday with shooting on Saturday. I am not trying to dissuade anyone from attending the ORHTF shoot. The OR shoots have things that the WA shoots don't often have (NFA stuff). It's a good time though, so GET BOTH! |

Voted for the 21st, could do the 22nd too...
Food - Dunno what people usually do.. maybe someone has a large enough vehicle-mobile grill? Everyone kicks in a few $$ for brats or something like that? Camp out - depends on the location, for me anyway... Trailer/clean up - definitely. A must, IMO. No trailer here but I'll be staying to help clean up for sure. I like the drawing idea. The documentation idea is also an interesting one... Tannerite? Do you have to ask? I have a few 1/2 lb things of it laying around and can pick up some more to bring out. 
We gonna have a swap meet type deal? I know I have a few assorted odds and ends I could do with getting rid of but am too lazy to post on the EE... |

March 21st or 22nd is good for me. I also have a great Sony camcorder and would be willing to shoot footage. I will also bring up some tannerite, between MillerSHO and myself we have at least 10 charges.

ok guys its looking like sunday is going to be the day.
I would really like to see it on the march 22 or april 5th. There is alot of people that work sunday and I like the idea of coming up sat night. I have a trailer and will bring it up to haul off garbage. Will gladly except donations to pay the fee to dump it. MAY...be able to get the dump to take it for free for a little mention in a write up. I will be up late sat night after 6 on the sat before the chosen day. CH |

As far as I've heard no one has been shot by accident yet.
J/K I have yet to make a HTF shoot as they seem to be Portland HTF shoots. That said everyone seems to be pretty serious about safety. |
