I just got a call and apparently Creekside was vandalized last night. From what I was told the Conex boxes were spray painted as well as the range shack. Hopefully there was no physical destruction.
Pictures are being taken and hopefully will be done in time to present them at the meeting here in about one hour. UPDATED w/ PICS 
 I'm super fucking pissed now

I gotta admit though. That was ballsy! I mean its a GUN range. People have means to defend their selves and their property. Not to mention everyone know Joe lives just up the hill!
Maybe time for some motion sensor flood light and motion sensor alarms. I have one that just chimes a bell if it picks up motion. I have a good motion sensor light I will donate. I for one hope that no one does anything rash to bring harm to the vandals. That would only hurt Joe and the range.
We certainly get creative on how to catch these vandals though... and then when the police haul them off we'll have some "poetic" justice. If these attacks continue perhaps Joe can teach an overnight class called "Border Security." |

Joe has a great place and it angers me to hear this news.
Kids and cowards are the ones who show up in the middle of the night with spray cans. To start with.... Webcams Motion sensor lights Motion sensor with door bell dinger All of the above is cheap for the most part and could be done in a day or two. You are alerted to motion in the area, you can remotely monitor the area, you can record on a loop to a hard drive. Or, don't put up flood lights to scare them off. Show up with a monster can of OC and hose them down! |

Motion can be set off by wind, birds, animals. IR and thermal are in order. I'm pretty sneaky when it comes to cameras. I do a lot of clubs in lanta some with 50+ cameras. Some I want you to see but the others are 'invisible'. Time to "Ranger up!".  |

7mm Great idea! This would work.... Paintball Sentry Of course, you'd need a way to remotely disable it during business hrs. Someone else posted this recently, but it seems very fitting given the discussion. While it would be sweet, I'm sure there'd be all sorts of legal ramifications if someone actually used this for perimeter control. |

I hope they don't have kerosene and a match when they return which seems likely based on their "art work" I do hope they are caught soon but I seriously doubt they will get more than a slap on the wrist if that much. Good luck!!!! TD |
