First of all, I would like to thank all the RO's( they all are great guys and gal and I appreciate them more than they realize) that helped me out with the match. Secondly, I want to thank all the sponsors fro supporting the match and the shooting sport. Thirdly, a big thanks to all the shooters that came out even though the weather wasn't the best in the world.

Guys I want everyone to know that I take all input from everyone and really do consider all that is said as long as it is not an attack on the range or me. I am trying to make these matches differet from all others with the main concern of everyone having fun and being safe. I do change up my matches everytime to make it more interesting and a little different.

I would really like for people to keep the threads civil on here about the matches and personal issues. Guys the main thing is everybody support the shooting sport and being safe while having fun. I understand everyone doesn't agree on everything. I am working on building my matches that are fun and safe. I try to improve every match with the input of shooters.

I have the individual times for everyone on each stage. I am posting the the final time of each shooter. I am sorry for not posting each stage score, if you want to know them you are welcome to call me. Guys I just don't have time to enter all of them. I will also have them posted on our website(creeksidefiringrange.com).

Congratulations to all the winners.

The next match is scheduled for February and hope to see alot of you there. It will not have as much running involved and we will be running some smaller quicker stages along with one that has a little distance. I will do my best to make it fun as possible and still be very challenging.

Once again thanks to everyone who had something to do with the match.

I figured that I would be at the very bottom. Not bad, considering I missed two out of
four stages with ammo problems. I finally removed the squib. That will ruin your day.

I started with Monarch from Academy. Never had trouble with it before.
I learned a valuable lesson: Always bring a backup rifle and ammo.
Thanks to Joe and the RO's for a great match. Also,Thanks to Book
and  everyone that offered to help.

i hate to be overly honest, but I suspect some transposition is at work and my 629 score should be 692.   i kind of like 7th place though.

A bigger hammer and a piece of drill rod.
I owe Kevin a new cleaning rod.
It did not survive. ~~~~~~~

How bout a steel target instead?

Yeah, it was pretty beat up.  I don't care though, just trying to help out and get you back in the match.  Glad you got it out.  How'd the barrel end up, ok?

I'm still in shock that I ended up placing so high.  I took Joe's Sept. class and that really helped me out I tell ya.  If you guys haven't taken it yet, you really ought to get on the list.  For $75+ ammo, you can't beat that.

I had an awesome time hanging out w/ everyone at the match and can't wait til the next one.

I need a lot of work to do between now and then.... I got a few mag drop during the running and my mag pouch keep bouncing around, plus I shot the barricade 3 times on Mark's stage...3 freaking times.

I had a great time and learn a lot of thing as usual. I would like to congrat to Kevin that took third in Optic and man he just moved smooth, not fast, just smooth.

Another big congrats is Mark Roberts for the fourth place optic. This guy deserved it and the SWAT team leader does show you something here. He's not into the match kind of thing, but his real life experience and training paid off. I hate to be a bad guy with Mark running behind my ass...
