A little camping out Saturday (maybe even Friday night too), a bunch of shooting Sunday. Come on out and spend some quality time with you Carolina brothers.

The best way to get to the range from the North is:
Take 109 south from Thomasville. When you pass under Hwy. 49 you're about 9 miles from the entrance.
If you hit the BP at El Dorado you have just missed Mullinex
Turn Right on Mullinex Rd.{1154} travel 3.3 miles to-
Turn Right on Mcleans Creek Rd. {544}travel 1.7 miles to-
Turn Left on Badin Lake Rd. {597} Travel 1.1 miles to-
Turn Right on Moccasin Creek Rd.{576} range is less than a mile on the Left

Weather permitting..........Me and Ms WUFMAN will be camping all weekend. We will be up there Friday til Sunday. Just haven't decided if we are staying at the campground or up on the hill at basecamp.

If you don't have any equipment we can find tent space to squeeze you into.

Well, this is where I say I'm gonna try to make it, should be able to, blah, blah ,blah.

I'll just go ahead and say"Can't make it. I gotta work,something happened at the house, the sky is falling, zombies are attacking, etc." and get it over with

I really will try to be there some time that weekend, probably sunday.

Not sure if either or both of my kids are going to tag along, but my buddy with his boat in tow should be coming up--he's NEVER fired an AR, or any semi auto rifle for that matter

You got primitive camping right up the road from the range--and there's also Arrowhead and Badin Lake campground within short distance--which are fee req'd--but have bathrooms and running water--Badin Lake is ON the shores of the lake.

BTW - I have the OK to do a swap meet thread for this shoot. Anybody is welcome to start it. Personally I am not big on selling my childen but if I did I would want to keep it "In the family" and save shipping to boot.

I actually sold it for a FN PBR.

The AR's started cloning themselves and I wanted a .308 bolt gun so the Model 7 had to go.

FYI: We'll do a raffle at 11 on Friday and Saturday night. And right after lunch on Sunday (1:30ish). I am trying to get some cool stuff cause Ed won't let me have one of the SEBRs.
