Sounds like a great idea. Unfortuanately 4/23 is no good for me. Already have prior obligations. I will keep on eye on this thread and if you guys do this on a date I can make I'll be there.

...IIRC The range will be closed on that sunday for a Hunter Safety Course(4th Sun of month per sign @ range). How about the next Sunday the 30th (so I can be there too). I just dont want y'all to show up for nothing, plus Id love to meet y'all as would Ingvar

he's saying that the range is busy saturday mornings. I'm leaning towards sunday since no one has really objected to that day yet. Either day is perfectly fine with me. (although I voted saturday just to see the results) I'll leave the date open for debate until Sunday 4/16 so the thread can get a little more exposure (unless you guys object). |

I enjoyed myself a great deal as well. Would have been more fun if not for the assclowns at the end there, but then again, it's a good reminder of why I don't go to that range. What we really "need" to do is get a convoy up to Lake City and shoot an FDCC match. SOOOooo much more enjoyable than a static, "square" range, and an excellent learning experience as well, not to mention meeting some of those guys and seeing some serious gear. I have been many times and I know SGB has as well. Great bunch of guys, and no asswipes to deal with.
Of course, we would probably have to feed VG or he would whine all evening.

No way I would try and feed your big ass! I am for the trip if the rest of the guys can do it...I will take my truck and pay for the gas...but I think I can haul only one passenger. (Unless the guys want to ride in back with the ARs out!  )

FDCC I'm doing the office poker run on the last weekend of this month, so I'm trying for the June shoot. I can fit 3 or 4 and plenty of gear in the Tahoe to save gas. |
