My buddy uses a ta-33 with the DSA acog mount. He seems very happy with it. I have one of the regular DSA mounts with an Aimpoint and it works well.

I think this is the one he has: https://www.dsarms.com/p-13370.aspx?searchEngineName=fal-sa58-extreme-duty-scope-mount-modified-for-acog-includes-5-set-screws-2-flathead-cap-screws-5-plates-10-plate-screws

It mounts it lower than if you used the mount that comes with the acog so you end up have a decent cheek weld.

Thanks for the info Oates.

If anyone has any images with this DSA ACOG Extreme Duty Scope Mount and a TA33 or TA44 mounted I'd appreciate them being posted.

I googled and didn't turn up anything.

Can you use the irons with the scope in place using that mount?

You can.  Your field of view and ability to quickly pick up the front sight isn't as great, but it's a workable solution.

I'm just curious, as I eventually want to mount a TA-33. With the DSA ACOG mount, you can't remove the scope quickly or easily. I've been alternatively considering using a standard mount with a BoBro low mount for the ACOG.
