Is there a place that can engrave and cut/threaded  barrel back when my form 1SBR paper work arrives? That might save some time one stop/shop get both done.

I would check with Capital Armory if you're near them. I know they engrave. And Morgan at Class III Machining in TX does an outstanding job on cutting/threading barrels. Unsure if he also engraves. Haven't seen that service posted as available there.

Perhaps Capital knows of a one stop shop.

I misremembered them as the place to go to 'one stop shop' all smithing issues.
