I am 38 days and counting on my Efile. Not a peep from them.

42 days for my last one (mid December approval). I am on day 34 on a pending one right now
|
|
Looking at NFATracker, it seems to me that they are just finishing up with Jan 30-31 submittals today.
It might be another couple of weeks... Sooo agonizing. |
|
|
My first two came back right at 30days. My recent four are at about 15days.

I submitted 2 Forms on 1/30 approved today. 52 days Started the ball rolling on a Saker 762 from Silencer Shop today also. |

Submitted two on 22MAR, the first I've done electronically.
We shall see. |

submitted 1/30
approved 3/23 seems like 50+ days is the new norm. So, I jumped in with 2 more submitted yesterday, 3/24. I'll start to look for them come mid may but have a feeling it'll be June due to a perceived increase in volume lately. |

I've got a 2/7. I'd be surprised if I get it back by next Friday
|
|
last form I submitted took 42 days, they also were kind enough to approve my 2nd SBR at the same time... so that was only in the system for 10 days

2/2/15... 52nd day... nothing yet.
Not too horribly bad if I didn't hear 30 days from everyone before I filed... This is my first e-form. Do they send you an email? Update the site? Or do you just wait and get surprised by the mail? |

Thanks, I thought they sent a paper copy of the form with the stamp. This is why we do not assume... |

That would be freaking sweet if the same thing happened to me. A question though: I hear people talk about "pending" a lot I see it on NFAtracker also. Mine both say "In Process/Submitted" but did not pend. Did I not do something right? Some people's applications go pending within a few days. |

Pending is a term people use typically with paper forms after the check has been cashed. This let's you know the form has been received and is in theoretically in queue. With eForms you go pending instantly. In process/submitted = pending. |

Do different states take different amount of time? I cant seem to figure out that NFA Tracker site and how to narrow it to SBR Form 1 EFile. Would like to see Florida times.

View Quote Nobody is assigned by state. I've found NFA Tracker the easiest to use by exporting to Excel and filtering/sorting for what you want. |

eFiled 2 on 2/13/15 and nothing yet.
Filed another 3/15/15 and I have a feeling ill be waiting even longer than the first two.... These 3 are my first SBR's I've efiled. Will they notify you via email that they are approved/disapproved or do I have to keep checking their website daily? Ok, you caught me, I check twice daily |
