This rifle was built with a lot of input from y'all here!
Have to show it off......the wifey just gave me the meh response.
The core is built with Noveske parts, with a knights 8" urx3.  10.5" Noveske CHF barrel.  First trip to the range yesterday yielded great results.  Over 200 rounds suppressed without a hick-up.  It didn't group well with M855, but Black Hills 75gn bthp's shot sub moa.
Thanks guys for all the help.  I couldn't be happier with the end result!
Now for some piggies.

Very nice.
I love KAC FF rails, but I refuse to spend $400 or whatever it costs now for a wrench for them. Damnit.

I hear ya there....I thought about renting mine out, just to help others save some folding money.

Those shorty URX3's are so hot on an SBR. If I didn't run a KMR on mine already, that'd be my next purchase!

M855 never groups that well for me, it's not match ammo though.

What laser is that?  was thinking of something along that line down the road.

Thanks man,
The laser is a Laser Devices DBALi2 with a civy legal ir laser, and vis laser.  I've found it's the most efficient way to take out feral hogs under nod's.

Thanks man,
Since I plan on shooting suppressed 90% of the time, I went with a brake to make it easier on the can.  I will say this; shooting loud with that brake and 10.5" tube is fairly offensive!

How long did it take to get the stamp?  Looks great. Wouldn't change a thing. Is that a gas buster gargling handle? How is the blowback with the can on it?

Thanks man!  Yeah, I'm running a gas buster charger.  I'll tell you honestly, I'm running a standard gas block with a H2 buffer suppressed, and the gas pressure is NOT like I thought it was going to be.  My bolt runs clean, and the gas doesn't foul up the ammunition in the magazine like my overgassed 7.62 gas gun.  I ordered a syrac adjustable gas block, but as of right now, I'm probably going to leave it just like it is.

Mostly, I roll my own hornady 75gn bthp's.  I know, they don't have expansion properties like some other projos, but they stop most with one or two shots.  Here's a pic of a 75gn 5.56 bullet wound.  It's almost unbelievable, but it's a hit from behind, out of a 16" barrel.

yes sir that will not buff out, thanks for the reply I have been wondering about 75-77 BTHP for hog's out the 556. I recently SBR'ed my SR15 and have the 16" E3 Mod1 upper just sitting lonely. I was thinking of selling it for a KAC 18" LPR upper to use for Hog & Whitetail. I figured with a max range of 2-300 yards I would hunt at the 2" extra would not be much of a factor as far as velocity so keep the 16". I do have a 308 bolt & a SCAR 17S that could be used for the same purpose but just trying to find the ole upper a purpose in life

If you're not worried about barriers heavy OTM bullets are great, when they fragment they do a surprising amount of damage for such a tiny bullet.

Hey man,
The light is a Surefire 620V white/IR, with a Haley Strategic Thorntail mount.  Activation is by a rail mounted Surefire Dual Pressure switch.  My application is redneck-engineered though....I had to cut away the rail attachment from the switch, and it fit perfectly wedged between the side and top rail. The KAC rail panels were then attached.  The panel once tightened securely holds the switch in place.  I don't think I could pull it loose without damaging it!
Anyways, here's a couple close up pics.
