Looked at a house that had a 6' x 26' concrete enclosed room under the porch. Just needs a door installed and finished out inside.  How would you guys set the room up if we got the place?  Would use as a vault/safe room with inswing door.  Would be nice to put ammo stash and gun display as well as food/ water.  A bench for cleaning would be nice. I do reload, not sure if i could comfortably reload with xl650 in a space like that.  If it would fit would also put my safe in there for extra protection of the special stuff.

What would you guys do?

Put in a recessed vault door.
