I've seen pics of peoples benches scattered throughout the reloading forum, but I thought it would be nice to have a single thread where you could post pics of your little patch of reloading heaven.

ETA: My camera isn't working at the moment, but here's some pics I found online:

Here's a simple one you can make yourself:

Click here for plans for the bench below

Click here for a PDF with several different free plans

Here's another clean/simple layout:

My "ghetto" bench compared to others I see here Cost me all of a couple bucks in fasteners though...all reclaimed / free materials.

Love the new bins for the edge I picked up at Menard's earlier for $0.65 and they have a $0.65 rebate.

Next up are some mini shelves underneath the big one.

They wanted $25 shipping for $20 worth of bins! Great deal if you can get free shipping...

Free shipping to "in store" but none local to me.

Got my Christmas present up and running this morning.  The 550 is not nearly as complicated to setup as I was fearing for no reason.

Already running 45 ACP through it.   Powder measure and primer system are great.    Also got another toolhead and 40S&W dies and conversion kit as well.   More tool heads and dies will be in the future as well.

Wish I would have done this sooner.

My bench although not as fancy as many has served multi purpose duties for 20 some years.

Have I mentioned I love this thing yet?

The plate is 3/4" steel decked to .72". 24" x 18", it weighs right at 70lbs. Drilled and counterbored for lag screws to bolt through into the bench frame. Drilled and tapped 1/2-13NC to attach the Hornady AP and 3/8-16NC to attach the Rockchucker.

I went cold turkey from reloading almost a year ago, when we started getting the house ready to put on the market...there are several long stories involved, but it took us until mid Nov to get into a new home.  With no bench for almost a year, I've actually resorted to opening NEW boxes of .40 and .223 for plinking.

Well, with the important stuff settled away in the new home (read spousal units stuff), I finally got to work on Nak's playroom.  Here is my new Harbor Freight special reloading bench.  I actually spent more on the shelving than on the bench.  The shelving is from Home Depot, but the lower "pegboard" like panels are powder coated steel from The Container Store (only place I could find them).

There are still some things to do, but I was able to crank out a couple of hundred rounds of rifle ammo over the weekend.

I have the case prep tools on a 3/4" board that mounts into the holes in the top of the bench, but it was removed when I took the pic...I'll try to remember to get a pic of that too.

I have the tumbler set up on a shelf in the garage, along with shelves for cases in various stages of prep. Most of my powder and primers is still in boxes. I'm putting shelves (and a deadbolt) in the closet to the right of the bench for that stuff.

Got my RCBS Uniflow  today, and mounted it on my Partner press.  Also bought the Hornady LED light strip, and stuck it on the Rockchucker.

Finally decided to take the plunge into reloading.

I ordered the gear last week...which should arrive in the coming days. Big Boss 2, Chargemaster Combo, Lyman trimmer...

When I was looking for a workbench to buy, I realized that the bolt patterns on the Big Boss 2 where it's mounted to the table make finding a compatible table difficult.  You essentially need nearly 3" of overhang to mount the most distal bolts. A friend of mine who reloads has a homemade bench and ended up breaking the 3/4" plywood surface he had built for himself when he got an ornery case. As such...I wanted a stable table, with at least 3" of overhang, but a very solid top....no such thing exists for my sub-$100 budget :)

I have zero carpentry background...so I just decided to try something simple. Finished this in an evening. The top is basically four 2x10's, so I have a very sturdy surface. The shelf base underneath is actually 3/4" oak, so I can put as much weight on it as I want.

This thing is a tank...fairly sure I can park my truck on it...

Looking forward to getting my equipment!

Moved my operations to the basement. Took an old desk at work, added on a little cross bracing on the legs. Added a sheet of plywood over the top and an old shelving unit. Works for now, need more shelf space eventually

Just realized that I hadn't posted my user friendly upgrades to my reloading bench!

I didn't think the Strong Mount guys should be the only ones that got to have your empty case bin right out by the handle and close to the machine, so I made my own. Ended up that my bench height and construction made things slightly more difficult, but I made it work with some square stock I had laying around.

And I got tired of always looking for the right size wrenches or allen wrenches so I grabbed a wrench for every size on the press and dies, and put them right here where I can get to them without having to walk out of the room, up the stairs, around the house, and into the garage where my toolbox was. I've also got my spare Dillon lock rings, a bunch of spare Hornady lock rings (they are the reason for the Dillon spares), and even a little spot for my case gauges.

Here's my recently built reloading room.  Nearly complete with a second Dillon XL650 or 1050, some additional shelves and bench planned for this winter

Impressive pair of bombs you have there! Is that in your house! Not my business, it's just a LOT of powder in a locked metal box!

That's a nice set up AND if it ever did flex a small square of plate steel would stiffen it up so much viagra would go out of bidness......

I just had a 12 x 28 tuff shed built and all my 'stuff' from lawn gear to renovation tools will go to the back.

Hope I cal'd it right and should have 12 x 8 left for my work bench......have never reloaded but it will be my new retirement hobby since my remmy 700 will go through some rounds and it will keep harmony at home by reducing the hubby hanging out in the living room too much...lol....

Also will run underground UF cable and light the shed with LEDs low current great illumination no dull winter effects from the old T8 tubes.....

It's never clean, so I might just as well add how it looks normally.  I can swap out that old Athol vise for my single stage press if I need to process something special, or if I'm forming 300BLK brass.  I still need to come up with some better organization for under the bench.

They included one with the press, one with the bullet feeder, and one with the case feeder.
