The blade looks like a Kingdom Armory Bill the Butcher, but that frame and other aspects don't match the folders I have seen and owned.

I dunno... that pivot is not centered... looks like enough room for it to swing closed to me. Bet the blade spine is sticking pretty far out at an odd angle though. Looks like a neat knife. |
