I assume you're asking how long for a form 3 to clear for dealer to dealer transfer? If so I'll let you know soon, my shop SOT was just paid and I'm ordering a dead air ghost tomorrow. Can't wait to throw it on my scorpion.

Sorry, I meant stamp approved and mailed from atf, until the dealer receives it.

I'm being optimistic but I'm on board with you. I'm at 282 days I think with a check cashed 08/01/16 and I think I'll have it approved in less than 5 weeks. I have another submitted form 4 for a Hybrid in mid March '17 and if they don't lay everyone off I'm optimistically thinking I may have it in time for youth season late September. I submitted a form in mid April last year and had it in 144 days, so if they are pouring the overtime to the examiners it's not out of the question. That is allowing an extra 4-5 weeks over last years approval for the 41f hump. Even if it works out, this whole wait thing is completely ridiculous.
For what it is worth, when I called my local in state ATF office with a fingerprint question in mid-March the nice lady on the phone told me that they were telling people now it was a 6-9 month wait instead of 8-10 months. She was pretty fun to chat with, someone that seemed to actually know a few things about guns and wasn't afraid to joke around about all of the bullshit involved in this nonsense.

Hopefully the wait times will crash after the Mid July backlog clears. I've got a stamp pending from 1/12/17 and I'm hoping it takes more like 6 months to approve vs the 10+ month people are seeing now.

I have 2 pending as of July 22. I just talked to lady at NFA who says it is taking forever to get through the first two weeks of july and it is going to be a while for the end of July. Not quite sure how to define a while

I agree as well. To many BS posts about using a calculator. People just need to post when approved. I'm tired of checking just to see this crap.

My dealer said they had a stamp show up yesterday with an approval date of 13 April 2017. Lots of discrepancy and delay in the mailing process post approval.
