Called yesterday. I have two form 4s pending since 6/3. The rep on the phone said they are looking at the beginning of May right now. Between nfa tracker and the rep -- I can almost say any week now

I ordered thru SS on 6/18/2016
They put in the form 3 and it originally said Form 3 submitted 8/8 Form 4 submitted 7/7 Now it says Form 3 disposed 2/1/2017 Form 4 submitted 7/7/2016 So any idea when I'm picking up my shit ? Cuz now I'm confused about when or what or who blah |

All that means regarding your form 3 is that it has been approved from the ATF and SS has sent your silencer to your local SOT dealer. Sucks that it took four months for your form 3 to be approved and to have the silencer sent to your local SOT dealer. Not that it means anything since the form 4 already submitted and what will seem like forever.
Also your not picking up your "shit" for some time considering they are only in late April and early May. The wait time is only increasing in time since there is a ton of submittals before your July submittal. |

I'm curious how mine are going to play out. I got a Recce 5 from SS on 5/31/2016, they didn't mail the Form 1 until July 7th. So pre 41F
I filed a post 41F SBR form 1 on 9/10/2016 Then I bought a Mask HD on 7/19, form 3 cleared fast, shipping took forever and paperwork was sent in 9/16/16 The way Form 1s are getting cleared I'm thinking I might get the post 41F SBR back before I even get my July 7th Form 4 can. I'm also curious how things are going to speed up post 41F. All the chatter I've seen from SHOT show is that silencer sales have all but stopped since 41F so I could see my Mask soon after my Recce 5 even thou the paperwork is 2 months apart. Since I'm a glutton for punishment, on 2/10/17 I mailed off another post 41F Form 1 SBR. |

First post here but I've been lurking around this site for a couple of years getting some great info. I just wanted to add to the thread with my silencer arrival info yesterday.
AAC M4-2000: ATF got their $ on 5/25/16 and I got the pick-up call on 2/13/17. Form 4 Trust. I knew it was coming in soon as I have been keeping up on this thread so thanks to the OP for starting it and everyone else that contributed all the info. I have a couple more that should come in the next 7 days. To everyone playing the waiting game keep up your chin as it will get here.
