use full floating handguards? Is it a question of combat strength? Any body know of experiments replacing the std handguard with the full floater?

Because 2 MOA accuracy is acceptable for a combat rifle.

And, not to mention, you can pop on/off regular handguards in a matter of second vs. the freefloated stuff.

I think the freefloating guards are mainly there for compition-type shooters.

And don't forget the cost of floating every rifle in the U.S. arsenal might be quite staggering.
