Looking at NFA tracker and it looks like there are some end of April pendings getting approved. Anybody had something approved that fast yet?
I'm July pending, so I'm just looking for someone to give me false hope. |

Saw a few April approvals in this thread.

Mmmm, I seem to recall that 4-6 months was the "new" average. I have one pending from June for my Saker, hoping to get it before the end of the year.

This in interesting. NFA tracker and reports here are telling me I should be getting some cans soon. However silencershop is reporting mostly forms from last year are coming in: http://www.silencershop.com/support/atf-wait-times/
Why the difference?

I had an F4 Trust go out late April that went pending mid May. Came back problem status three days ago due a dealer snafu. Hopefully I'll have it by November.

View Quote Because silencershop wasnt doing paper form 4's for trusts they were only efiling them. Individuals can't use eforms so they only have wait time data for them. Eforms went down in april, which is around where paper forms currently are, and they waited a few weeks before starting up paper submissions on trusts. They are now getting to the the time frame of when trusts went all paper. |

2-3 week turnaround for most error letters. You should have it by mid-Oct. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

IMO They are slowing down on purpose.
Something is coming down the pipe. |

I submitted a paper form 4 yesterday and an efile form 1 today. Any predictions?

People are getting 2 and 3 month paper Form 1's, and Form 4s lately have been down to 6-8 months instead of the 9-12 months from earlier this year. E-form 1's are under a month now. |
|
Was at my LGS yesterday and they had just gotten in a paper form 4 in the mail that was approved 9-15-14. The submission date was 4-09-14. That basically 1 week over 5 months If that is any indication, wait times are dropping.
I know that's got me looking forward to next month as i have 3 paper for 4's pending since May |
|
Hoping to get my stamp back soon on an F4 Individual that was sent in back on April 11, 2014. My host is lonely waiting on the Trek for some play time.

I have an early May a mid July and one sent in last week. Hopefully the next 1-4 months are fun for me.

Another problem on NFA tracker is that some people are updating their items with the error dates. This throws the accuracy off unfortunately...

Our paper Form 4s submitted in April are coming in now. Five months for a Form 4 approval is not bad! |

Had a guy I trust on another site just say he got his approved.
Form: paper F4 (corp) Mailed: 5/5 Approved: 9/22 |

Just heard from the dealer I bought my last three cans from. He just received the stamps for the first forms he mailed after EForms went down.
Mailed: 4/21 (not sure of check cashing or Pending date) Approved: 9/18 I'll take that as good news. Hopefully they continue to get faster, even if it's not drastic changes. That approval time would get me four cans between ~Thanksgiving and 12/15, and two more sometime in the middle of 1Q15. |

NFA tracker had a May 12 that didn't seem out of place on a F4 trust suppressor.
I'm 5/14 and I called today and was still pending. I could be approved soon, or in about a month. Just depends on how they picked up the stack it seems. |
|
Y'all are getting my hopes up. Hopefully now that the F1's are all caught up they are working on the F4's. I'm waiting on my July pending.
|
|
Same here. I have a Saker 7.62 that went pending on 6/10. It now seems possible that I may have it time to test it/get it sighted-in before deer season starts on 11/1. That would be great.

F4 Trust mailed 5-12 went Pending 5-16. Last week still pending.

My 05May pending paper trust form 4 just came back recently, so they seem firmly in the late April/early May timeframe.

May 8 pending. September 20 approved. My first suppressor. F4 paper trust? Has to be paper. Eform 4s went down in early April. Weird story. ATF and my dealer said it is an e form 4 but the stamp is being mailed. Doesn't make sense. But that is what I'm told from both. |

I am waiting on two.... Pending 5/19 and 6/5.
If they come approved in the next month or 2 I'd be very excited. |
