I picked up a Henry AR-7, Marlin 795 and Marlin 70pt (papoose). I have been lurking around this sight and was looking for cool mods.
Best way to mount optics, best optics (glass or iron sight upgrades) mods from AR-7.com quality? Just any cool suggestions to do some upgrades/mods.

The DIP Trigger Guard is great for the 70p & 795. Or you can drill and tap your own trigger for a set screw that takes out the pretravel. Also a floppy disk spring to replace the trigger return spring.  The KAT Trigger is another awesome option.

Order a black Numrich buffer to replace the white/yellow marlin ones when they break.

I like the Marbles Bullseye rear sights and their brass bead front sights on my 70p's.


The AR7.com parts are pretty decent, I have seen some of the barrels shoot great groups.
