Yes, a 1907 ,45 ACP Luger. It's in the collection of the R.W. Norton Art Gallery in Shreveport, LA

Founder was a rich oilman who also collected rare firearms. The revolver below it is one of the four Webley-Fosburys in that display case.

Yes. For the M1911 trials IIRC. Obe is there, another sold for half a mil a couple years ago, and the third is lost, believed to have destroyed during or after testing

Theres a write up on it where the owner of one of them lets the author shoot it.  I believe it was in G&A.

Local art museum took possesion of a Dillinger Thompson ten years ago from teh local PD who had it since teh 30's.  I asked teh same question,
