Who make full thickness G10 grips for a 22/45? The thin factory grips are ill fitting in my non-pajama boy hands.

Pardon what may be a dumb question. But since you're already on the topic I'm wanting more information on. Will standard 1911 grips fit the ruger 22/45? I'm assuming maybe just a little modification needed.
I specifically have a mark 4 22/45.

Yeah they will. Small trim on one side.
