The Gen 2 is a better functioning gun. The Gen 1 just feels better in hand.
I was surprised that the frame is interchangeable. My buddy (sig test engineer, Academy instructor) uses a P320 with a Gen 1 grip and baseplates. If I could find the baseplates I'd do the same when I get my P320. |

Glad to see a thread asking the right question.
For years all discussions of the P250 revolved around rock-throwing at the "P250" with no differentiation made between the Gen 1 and the Gen 2. Glad to know the Gen 2 is getting some positive press. |

Is the floor plate the only difference in the magazines between the Gen and Gen 2?

Also the gen 1's ONLY came in compact, no full size or subcompact.
