I am removing the Front Sit Post & Bayonet Lug to Puperize it. Converting my SKS Paratrooper Sporter into a Bullpup configuration using the SG works stock. I am a AK & AR person. My para shoots fantastic, but is not fun to shoot. It's very heavy with the wood stock.

So, it just pushing out the retaining pins & some WD40 with a rubber mallet. I am keeping all parts.

No.  They are interference fit and you will need to press it off after heating.  The stinking Chinese like to heat the components that the barrels get pressed into to make them that much tighter.  If you aren't equipped to press it off, you will need to cut it.  Otherwise you are left with keeping it on there.
