I pre-ordered one from Mississippi Auto Arms. It's going to be a grouse slayer like my Saiga 12.
The shotgun ran both low & hi brass with no issues we have been highly impressed thus far with the gun action seemed to be a bit smoother than the Saiga 433 series . We plan on testing them side by side next week for comparison.
Atlantic Firearms, I see you guys are still taking pre-orders. Is there enough shipment coming in to fill all that pre-ordered from you guys? I pre-ordered mine early last month, paid the deposit, and eagerly waiting. I guess I want to gauge realistically of me actually getting my order.

It is simple math we do not over sell what we have lined up it is not hard to keep on track of this and it would be dishonest to oversell & string customers out on a pre order situation we do not conduct buisness in that fashion .

That's very reassuring. I can't wait to see them videos. Better yet, I can't wait till you get them VEPRs into my hands! |

whats the difference? i had a saiga converted and was not too impressed and sold it . did not run the lighter stuff.

waiting for reply from atlantic on difference from saiga specifically

Hey Atlantic, thanks for offering these to us, i paid in full for my two. What are my chances of getting consecutive serial #'s, and can i get the wood stock on both of mine?
Thanks |
You can email our office and request consecutive serial numbers but we can not guarantee consecutive serial numbers on the guns .
Bu, bu, but Gabe Suarez told everyone he has inside knowledge and these would come neutered with thumbhole stocks... He's never wrong!!!
Atlantic,
Any idea when these will be shipping to those of us that ordered them? |
Yes we expect to ship out in the next 7 -10 buisness days probably the week of October 22 nd
Atlantic Firearms, Is the shipment that is coming is for the VEPR 12 only or is there more VEPR's from all calibers coming as well? no rumors of a 3rd generation?
I ordered one from Atlantic last evening. It is great Atlantic makes extra effort to provide detailed images and product review for their customers.
I didn't see the barrel length listed on any of the sites while looking into the Vepr 12. May I inquire to the Atlantic rep posting the length? Will additional Caliber and barrel length will be offered in the future? Thanks in advance. |

Off topic but any chance that it is in the works to bring over rifles in similar configurations. Kind of like the one in this article. I realize the stock would be a no go.

I am anxious for the one I ordered from Atlantic to arrive. LOL! I am anxious to tear the one I ordered from Atlantic apart, install an AK100, pull the barrel, shorten the gas system, and perm a GK-01 on it! Actual barrel will be 13.5" without the muzzle device. My next VEPR will be chopped to 8" or slightly less. Can't wait to put the evlblkmagic on one of these. I may even do a tutorial on what it takes to put an AK100 on a VEPR 12, but I have to get one in hand and examine it first before I can say for sure. I am excited! |

Mine are all impressive and they run Winchester Universal in MD-20 drums reliably, even the 8" in my avatar. Saiga 12s can be extremely impressive, but someone with some skills needs to be in the equation. There is quite a bit more to what I do to these than enlarging port surface area. |

If I was going to shoot clays I really don't need to spend nearly a grand on a shotgun to do it. |

If I was going to shoot clays I really don't need to spend nearly a grand on a shotgun to do it. That's my dilemma too. It would be very cool to shoot clays with the VEPR, but a cheap mossberg 500 will do at 1/4th the price, and therefore I'm still on the fence. I'd sure get jealous looks at the skeet range though with the VEPR! |

Oh baby, I'm in for sure!
Saiga-12 for sale.... Anyone know about mag options and availability yet? |

I am not sure what I am going to do with this, but have regretted selling my title 1 Tromix Saiga 12 and can only imagine how fun an NFA one would be. |

Evidently, they are sold out. Yep, lame... Guess I sat here thinking about it too long. |

Is that a thread protector on the end of the barrel...? From the other thread, yes. Same as Saiga 12. |
Yes the Vepr 12 will have a thread protector on the gun and the thread pattern is the same as the Saiga 12 so goodies like the Tromix Shark Brake etc will work !!!!

Is there additional length barrels in the 12 gauge model? Saiga 12s come in 19 and 24", which I own each length. Since my Vepr 12 is ordered from Atlantic I will know the answer to the first question in good time but thought I would ask (again) since none of the companies offering them listed in the description. |

Just a heads up to anyone who missed out on the Atlantic pre-order program, I posted a new thread with the info on another source who has a few left available for pre-order.
FWIW I did try ordering through Atlantic first though, but they were out by the time I tried... Can't wait to get one of these babys!!! |
