Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Switch view Alternative re: Vortex PST

Recently put a Vortex Viper PST on my SAM7SF and wanted some type device to easily change magnification.  I checked out the Switchview product but holly-cow they want an arm/leg as if it was made out of gold.  I've seen another solution that utilizes a zippy-tie type device but curious if others have found an inexpensive but functional alternative?

Yep.  Be aware it's a plastic printed part, not machined metal, though.
