Does anyone know if these are available anywhere? I'd like to pick one up for my SGL-21 if I could, but I think they're still rarer than hens teeth.

Last I heard they're not available at all in the U.S.

I did find the manufacture in Russia, and have heard that they ship to the US, I've sent them an email to see if I could get one, but haven't heard back as of yet. I'll update this if I ever hear back.

I don't believe so, since the sanctions targeted businesses by name, rather than the goods themselves.

Just an update for interested parties, I got a reply from a company rep in Russia who said that while they're not currently shipping to the U.S., they may be able to after the first of the year. Price point would be somewhere between 340-380 depending on mounting options. If you're interested in one, let me know and I'll see if I can get at least a few of them for those who want one.
