Yes, sort of. Some of it may have been made after the fighting started but before the plant was taken by rebels/"rebels"; it's unlikely, but possible. None of it was manufactured after the occupation as its importation was banned as part of the Russian trade sanctions. So anything you see on shelves now made at Luhansk was imported prior to June of this year.
