hey all

FOr Xmas my brother got me an 80% lower..

my question is can i take that ak47 lower and use it to make a saga shot gun?

I know that... I am wondering if the lower is the same as a saga lower.. if so i can get the parts

AR = Lower

AK = receiver

I don't know why some people won't learn the proper terminology to get the job done.

They're both receivers are they not?

AR = Lower RECEIVER ?

Don't know much about AK's, but I'd like to know if this is possible for future reference myself. I don't see why not, but like I said I know crap all about AK's.

Like the above poster, the short answer is No. The receiver tolerances are different, by that I mean I think the 20g Saiga shotgun uses a 1mm receiver and the 12 gauge uses a 1.6. On top of that, the center support rivet is different and I don't think the magazines would fit right.
