Anyone ever ran a bore snake through a rifle with a suppressor attached?

I have a AAC M4-2000 and it generally stays on one of my rifles.  When I remove the suppressor and then reattach the point of impact (zero) shifts so I don't want to remove it if I don't have to.

Is running a snake through the suppressor an issue or problem?

I would say if you have to clean this way I would clean it backwards.

In other words pull it from the chamber end so you don't drag crud and solvent into the can.
