So if he never does it for the first time, how is he ever going to learn?
Seriously. Once upon a time, I'd never changed my own brakes before either. But you know what? I wanted to know how. So I did it. And over the years I have saved a small fortune by doing my own brakes.
If he wants to learn, and to do it himself, then more power to him. At least he is asking questions so he understands the process, rather than charging in with a dremel and a 220 Millermatic.
