They look good, I used a Stag for my first build and I am pleased with the results. Built a A2 using  Model One upper. Will use a Stag again for my next build which will be a 16". Can't post a picture as I have no digital camera. Got my Stag lower from AIM and now they sell the uppers also. It's nice not having to wait weeks for a lower as AIM has them in stock and the quality is good.

Fear The Deer!

Here's mine..... she was born last Saturday.

Stag Lower and internals
CMT mil-spec six position stock
Bushmaster A2 upper and Bolt, Bolt carrier
Colt 16" barrel, lightweight 1/12 (not sure on the rifling since its not marked) Note the slip ring instead of a Delta ring, and the A1 birdcage flash hider with lock washer
CavArms M4 handguards

It was supposed to be an A1 upper but it hasn't arrived yet and the A2 needed something to do.

Then just for grins.....
Swap out the M4 handguards for CAR handguards
Swap out the A2 pistol grip for an A1
Swap out the 30 round magazine for a 20

Looks very retro...

What a difference furniture can make.

Who know how it will end up. But the fit and finish matches my Bushmaster perfectly.

Update to previous photo, I have added an ERGO grip, and installed the J&P trigger, the J&P single stage trigger makes a tremendous improvement!

Here are our three Stag lowers before we put 'em together: my brother-in-law, best friend, and I all ordered our lowers together to have consecutive SN's.

Here is the AR I built for my daughter:

Finished my J&T M4 kit on a Stag lower. Great upper kit and great lower from Stag. Better finish on the Stag than on my preban PWA lower. I would post pic. but am having trouble figuring it all out.

Ok my eyes are NOT the best, but I see what appears to be as many as 3 or 4 early-serial (pre-500?) Stags with no model or caliber markings in the now normal area.  More than I expected to see.  How many of you are in the club?

Put an A1 pistol grip on there! (Looks good though.) Which flash hider are you using on there? Lightweight barrel?
