I want to mount an m300 or HSP WML off my SL handguards. Would like the tail cap to be on the left side of the FSB, and the further forward the better. Any suggestions?

I got a WMLx and that sucker has a bit of length on the regular WML.  But the switch is still in the same spot between the two, if that makes any sense.  The extra length is all on the front end of the light.  Between the scout and the WML, I think the scout would get you a bit more forward in regards to the position of the switch, and I think it would be a little bit easier to actuate the M300 with a tail switch, if you are using some sort of mount that cantilevers it forward.  I find the further the WML is spaced away from the rail when mounted on the side, the harder it is to use, where as the Surefire provides a more positive stop and isn't as much of an issue.  I would do more comparison, but my WMLx is on loan and won't be coming  back for a bit.

Do you want something that mounts directly to the M-Lok slots or are your going to put rails on the M-Lok slots to mount the mount to?

Arson Machine makes M300 M-Lok light mounts.

You could also run a KZ bayo lug mount. Just turn it around from the way it was designed to work. Pretty streamlined.


Or the reg ol M-Lok. Same rifle. I think the MP Scout mount would be optimal tho.

How does the new product differ from what they currently offer for M-Lok?

I just picked up the M-Lok 1" light mount for my MOE SL.

Not to hijack, but how do you like your Lens Light K.O. ?  Been thinking about getting one of those at some point.

What offset ring did you use on the flashlight for that mount?
