1.25 inch UV treated nylon webbing.
After measuring, the nylon is cut and heat sealed with a hot iron blade. There are 3 seperate lengths of nylon webbing for each sling.
Cut and sealed.
Some of the seams of the sling are glued, then stitched. then the sling is further assembled, seams, glued, then stitched...repeat as many times as necesarry until the sling is complete.
Only the slings with the best stitching that have passed QC (my wife) get the profile tactical patch glued, then stitched on. The reject slings remain patch-less, get re-stitched..and are given away to my freeloading friends.
