Hey guys....got a question for ya.
I was given a Millet Red Dot 1x24 5moa for xmas.
How will this sight hold up mounted on an Ar, anyone have any experiences with these?

As of right now I have an eotech 512 on one Ar and a removable carry handle on the other, so I'd put this on the second one (although I do like shooting one with irons).
So if this site isn't BAD I'll keep it and switch between irons and the millet, but if its not good for an Ar then I wont keep it.

Most of the reviews I've seen have been from guys using it on .22's thats why I figured I'd ask here.....

Mine has worked great on the .22lr pistol that I bought it for.  Never tried it on the AR.

No problems. Dependable and reliable on both guns

It is GTG for Ar15's on 5.56,6.8,6.5.300blk,7.62x51 and so on I would not rin it on the big stuff like 338,50beo

Well I mounted it and realized I need to raise it...The rings that come with it are too low, so I could get a riser, or a taller mount, or I'd have to remove my front sight post lol.  So I'm not sure what I'm going to do now.

I have one mounted on one of those NC star 1/2"(?) raisers and it works great.

I have a millet red dot mounted on a S&W 629 and it holds zero. Never used it on anything else but I am sure it would do fine.
